Why’d you run away?

s’cool, maybe she’ll get ported to another dimension and you can have him for a while, who knows
Robin in a hurry to tell Walky to check his e-mail
(if we’re still tryna believe the panels are concurrent)
I mean, it’s entirely plausible. I could see Robin running back and forth between the disaster (helping out and stuff) and the parking lot to throw rocks at Rachel. Also entirely in character.
If both panels were happening at the same time, this explanation would make sense.
Robin’s nonchalance in panel 1 is admirable. If you find yourself caught up a lighpole like that…
I think at this point I was probably sure that these two things were not happening at the same time, but I still didn’t make the “future vision” connection.
‘S some good lighting in panel one.
This is one of the few circumstances in which I feel that Robin really needs a hug. She has a sack full of bad qualities but that doesn’t make the way she simply can’t work out how to make personal and romantic connections in a healthy or sane way any less painful to watch. Nor does it make her personal pain at this any less deserving of sympathy.
Anyways, she’s an established major character, while Rachel was just kind of someone in the background who came out of nowhere.
And that, Ultracar, is how your Mom & Dad met & got together, thanks to your Aunt Robin!
This comment needs an upvote. Here you go! *Upvooooote!*
Now that you mention it I wonder if Ultracar knew about this in Shortpacked, I don’t remember Robin getting a different treatment from the rest of the cast.
