And yet, if I remember correctly the Walkerton siblings hold their liquor about as well as a colander.
I take it that’s a trait Sal does not possess in the DoA verse. Though it might explain why she thinks a six-pack is plenty to split between multiple friends.
Some people don’t need to drink a 6 pack by themselves I guess. Not over fond of drinking beer all night myself. A couple of beers with friends, and all’s good. More than that is too much.
imo

Having never been to a pub, and also not being keen on alcohol or even carbonated drinks, I would hope lemonade is at least an option.
Pubs are like bars, right?
And they make mixed drinks at bars, right?
I figure there’s at least some sorts of juice behind the counter.
Juice, maybe. Pop (or as a lot of weirdos call it “soda”), definitely.
Oh, and water, obviously.
Just walk up to the bar and tell the bartender you want a shandy without the beer.
Does Jason really want Joyce drunk?
I used to know somebody very similar to Joyce. She was HILARIOUS when she was drunk.
Oh yeah. I don’t drink much, but you can totally tell when someone’s (probably) going to be a hilarious drunk. Joyce (probably) would be.
Mm, lemonade.
I’m more of an orange juice drinker.
Now I’m no expert but Bars tend to also serve Non-Alchoholic drinks, right?
Well, this is a pub, which usually serves those and food, in my experience.
ah yes, Buster and his “juice boxes.”
