It’s hard to get folks to move in, what with the ghost of Ruth haunting the premises, rattling windows and eerily proclaiming, “My murderer’s muscled in on my girlfriend….”
She’s just tired of protecting him…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Dead tired.
That wasn’t an ellipsis, an ellipsis is by definition three dots long (possibly followed by closing punctuation). That was a pause for a song cue and I’m sure Mr. Random knows we Won’t Get Fooled Again.
I find that a longer pause in text is better conveyed by either multiple elipses, or a bit of white space. This enforces a pause in the reader, to parse the extra elipses or scroll down. Plus it doesn’t break site width.

If you can’t see Chuck Norris, you may be seconds away from death!
Anyone sounds pretty terrible if you put things badly enough with no concern for fairness or accuracy. Danny is not Ruth’s murderer, she made a heroic sacrifice to save him from his mistake. He’s not “muscling in on her girlfriend”, her girlfriend is moving on and the two of them played equal roles in starting the relationship.
Ruthless even as a ghost, ooooOOO
You’d think that ghost Ruth would protect her brother better.
She’s just tired of protecting him…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Dead tired.
And now I’ve broken the site. Again.
…how much of an ellipses do you need?!

Jeez, Danny sounds pretty terrible when you put it that way. And that’s by the standards of his name already being a verb for doing dumb stuff.

“Picard poofs”?
Eeeyup, missed a day.
In loving memory of our late respected roommate, LET’S STRANGLE HER YOUNGER BROTHER REGULARLY
Howard is a masochist. Figures, his sister being his polar opposite.
I like this idea of Howard as Hamlet, with Billie as Gertrude and Danny as Claudius.
