I’d mentioned before that Joe wasn’t allowed to be Mr. Sex Up Everyone in these strips because of the content guidelines. This is as close as I was able to skirt the line.
I adore how Joe is looking directly at the reader in the fourth panel. “That’s right, ladies! My fictional character status doesn’t prevent me doling out some sweet, sweet lovin’!”
I dunno, I kinda think “HOO HAH!” speaks for itself.
I just realized it said “HOO HAH!”
Did you ever actually submit a strip that got rejected for being too inappropriate?
Nope.
Wait, I thought Ruth and Billie were rejected, weren’t they?
I think the commentary of those strips were that they would have been rejected if he’d tried.
He didn’t submit those strips.
That line is wearing quite a short skirt.
And Joe is trying to look up it.
I think he’s trying to do more than look.
I think if we said what Joe was doing, it wouldn’t get past moderation.
Wait, if he’s offering his services as a boyfriend, why does the sign on the bottom say “Girl—“? Hmmmmmmm….?
“Girlfriend wanted”, or “Girls Love Me”, probably.
“Girls Only”

I can’t UNSEE it now. xD
