Jason and Sal definitely seem to be at cross purposes here. Sal’s all “GROW UP” and Jason’s all “DON’T GROW UP” and I feel like they should have had a better game plan.
Plan? SEMME??
I don’t understand what Jason is trying to do here. Would it not be better to get Walky riled up so that he does to Penny what he just did to Mike?
Penny (and the Britjas) have guns. Abductees are not immune to bullets.
The Britjas have been underestimating Walky, believing him to be stupid and easier to manipulate than Sal. Jason wants them to continue making this mistake, but Walky’s current behaviour is not conducive to this.
Of the two, I think Jason’s “don’t grow up” plan makes the least sense.
I can’t quite parse Jason’s last sentence here. “Poop, Walky, or monkeys. Walterton, please…“??
He’s trying to distract Walky with the things he knows Walky usually likes to talk about
He’s whispering so he’s not trying to distract Walky. He’s just hoping that Walky will talk about those things instead of something real.
I can’t help but think that Penny telling Walky that she’s going to wipe Dina’s existence will have an effect on his decision/reaction.
I’m stuck on that bit about people going missing and no one remembering they were there. Is this an actual reference? Was someone in this strip that vanished without mention and I never noticed?
That never happened. Don’t be silly. I think you’d remember if it did.
When’s the last time we saw Bloodrose?
Walky is close enough that he could grab Penny before the goons could react.
