Yeah, when I first read the strip linked in the commentary, I wasn’t entirely sure Dina was expressing disapproval so much as surprise/confusion.
Strictly speaking, I think that Dina’s also from a different universe, so her opinions may be different in this one anyway. Certainly at least one Dina on record has expressed uncertainty about her own preferences and a general scientific approach to matters of physical affection, so it’s pretty hard to say aside from authorial intent.
