Why can’t she just love me for who I am?
on December 31, 2016 at 12:01 amChapter: Stalemate
Location: Jason's pub
Ha! A THIRD meaning for the “Stalemate” storyline title! I AM NAILING IT, PRO-STYLE.
“wait, you have a sister?”
“wait, YOU’RE the guy my babysitter threw herself in front of a truck for???”
Danny: Your fish ran away?
Walky: Fish? I meant to say fridge.
Danny: Is your refrigerator running??
I gotta go. Prince Ran away with it and Seymour needs helps chasing it.
Seymour Butts disease??
He thought people would take him seriously if he became a doctor and made discoveries.
Sadly, he was wrong.
“Is she hot like you? I’m not saying your hot, though. But is she? Not that I’m going to cheat on your ex-girlfriend with you, I mean, your sister. And, by ex, I mean Billie, because you were clearly a thing, before she and Ruth were a thing, before me and Ruth were a thing, then we were all three a thing, except that Ruth was dead, and, you know this is really getting weird. So, back to your crazy hot sister…”
you know, i believe willis could use a back-up writer. you should submit a resume =3
…Now I’m imagining an AU where Danny is just Walky Strider, off-the-rails freudian rants and all.

So his fish went crazyflakes and ran away? Is it like the fish in Finding Nemo or something?
How do you forget the name of a character when his name is in the title of the movie!?
Who?
New breakfast cereal: Fish crazyflakes
That finishing argument of “Sometimes you haft to do something you don’t like to do the right thing” felt like it never applied here.
This entire issue is pretty much Dina wanting Walky to be more mature but in reality she actually wanted him to be “her definition of mature.” Sure at the end of the she was right about his immaturity but as the story goes on we get to see him grow out of that without putting on a act. I don’t see how changing everything that makes you who you are just to appease just one person is “the right thing”
well I’m done with my tangent there, been waiting to say something about this part of the story.
I thought to myself “It’s so funny how their lives connect that way!” and then I remembered that their fictional characters and this was intentional
“It is a small world… In reality the world is made of thousands upon thousands of groups of about five hundred people, all of whom will spend their lives bumping into each other, trying to avoid each other, and discovering each other in the same unlikely teashop in Vancouver. There is an unavoidability to this process. It’s not even coincidence. It’s just the way the world works, with no regard for individuals or propriety.”
…I will never not take an opportunity to use that Neil Gaiman quote, it’s just too great.
Wait, how do Walky and Danny know each other again? Is it just that Danny is Billy’s boyfriend?
