What was THAT for?
on March 31, 2016 at 12:01 amChapter: Ish Walky!
Characters: David Walkerton, Sal Walters
Look at these characters’ proportions! Heads are shrinking while bodies are lengthening, as all that life drawing class stuff finally started filtering in. I also started using a thinner marker for detail work, as you can see in their hair and clothes.
it’s true…i see hair and clothes. and they’re in color, too!
this comic is truly a glorious tapestry
Look at our cartoonist– using thick and thin lines!
*sniff~* I’m so proud of him… *sniff~*
“I WOULD NEVER DO SOMETHING STUPID WHILE DRUNK IT’S UNHEARD OF IN ALL THE HISTORY OF HUMANITY”
“I’m already stupid when sober! Getting drunk would cancel it out, wouldn’t it?”
Getting drunk usually makes you more stupid. In Mike’s case however..
I think this is around the point where the comic actually starts looking good.
This is around when Willis’ second main art style finishes taking shape.
Yup, how in the world could anyone possibly do something stupid when drunk? The very idea!
I think you may be right, Sal.
Regular swears start filtering in too!
Ooooh I like this arc, the characters are starting to become recognizable!
I’ve been told I said some stupid things to my SO while drunk. I don’t remember them but he was very cross at me the next day.
