I don’t think it’s controlling so much as “Look, I made you a dinner, at least try it”–Walky could always flip the table and shout NOOOOOOO, but he must have some sense of etiquette. Or lack of spine.
From what I hear the British aren’t that great at cooking, but I guess it must not be too bad, they have been around a long time: so at least it doesn’t kill ’em.
This is the same Joyce who will later put her bowels through hell on a Walky-diet just so that her bowel movements will make Walky lose his self-control. I’m going for ‘done on purpose’.
You know, if it weren’t for the fact Joyce had been mind-wiped not to terribly long ago, my first instinct would be that she did that on purpose.
As much as I don’t like either od them, Jason really has no right to control Walky’s life like this.

then again Jason probably knows that his cooking taste like rancid Dog shit because no one else including him is eating it
What do you expect? He’s British.
Nah, I lived in England for a while. It would not taste like that.
Because it would not have any sort of flavor at all.

Joyce probably did do it on purpose. I keep telling ya, Joyce has a nasty streak (in both universes).

I… the… what. I think I’m glad I don’t remember that.
I thought Jason was British so he would say crisps because we (Brits) speak queens English
He’s faking it.
