Location: The Walkertons' Texas home
daddy walkerton’s gonna hafta talk to his kid about not being a dick about mental illness
In fairness, “my weird alien supervillain frenemy (for lack of better term) who is totally dead is talking to me” is cause for concern.
But given we know for a fact dimensional travel is real, perhaps not for the reasons they’re thinking?
I mean, it’s OK if he thinks she’s mentally ill for that – who the hell wouldn’t? But him shouting “Cuckoo!” is uh……………………. bad
It makes less sense to assume seeing a dead person is a sign of mental illness in a world where you know coming back from the dead is possible and that the particular person she claims to have seen has already come back to life at least once.
I get the feeling Linda Walkerton is not crazy and the Head Alien we saw from another dimension is messing with her for some reason.
I think I know the mysterious reason. It is called “fun” or possibly “funsies!”
Oh, Linda’s crazy, but the Head Alien is almost certainly real.
When I was younger than Walky is now, I had to visit a close family relative in an institution.
Surprisingly, there were no Napoleons or Cleopatras.
yeah, inpatient psyche is surprisingly both less interesting and more terrifying than I had previously imagined
