Sic ’em!

Hmmm, ARE the Martian grunts boys? If they were anything like the ants their heads resemble, those’d probably all be ladies. But the Head Alien says he can detect everything, so I guess he’d know. And while the Head Alien’s a jerk, he’s not THAT kind of jerk, so he’s probably not misgendering ’em.
Look, just because you can detect ’em don’t mean you know their hearts
also what about the Britjas (or did they get them all)
Maybe the girls and enbies are fighting back a little and are thus not “good”?
I dunno.
Huh. I feel like being an enby I should have known of that word. I’ve learned something today. No I just have a burning need to know why enby.
Wow, I should have said it out loud. I’m going to blame the lack of coffee for not immediately realizing enby is like spelling out okay.
Non-Binary->N.B.->Enby.
Ninja’d by yourself!
Well, I mean, how educated is Head Alien vis-a-vis Martian genitalia?
It’s more like Martian gender identity.
With their otherworldliness it would make sense if they didn’t have the binary we’re used to at all, and “good…people” isn’t very snappy.
So Head Alien is ok with the Martians destroying SEMMF, but does he have a plan for what to do next if they succeed?
Pretty sure his plan is “be God”.
He probably thinks that he can’t lose control of the martians and try to use them to conquer the world.
Maybe the Martians’ armed forces don’t allow their ladies on the front lines either.
so is this just sweeping that sensitive scanner thing under the rug or am i misremembering that or…
I don’t think he’s the sort to intentionally misgender anybody unless their gender identity was really important to them (because poking at psychological scars and weak points is very much his thing). “In that shirt? You might as well be a boy,” he told Robin, once.
But I also don’t think he cares that much… and just because he can detect everything doesn’t mean he’d bother to. Narcissists tend to assign their own gender to others whenever they don’t know or can’t be bothered with specifics.
Very much all of this for Head Alien. With the added caveat that calling them “Good ” in this context is him degrading the former biggest threat as just being his mind controlled pets now. That part of the show’s really more for the Earthlings’ benefit, but if the Martians can still hear that and understand his meaning, I’m sure he’d be jazzed.
