C’mon Jason.
You don’t tell them that. You let him leave because you can plant weapons along the route for a chase, and then once he arrives, signal to the main group already there so you can pincer him.
That’s when you throw the metal trap with the hazard stripes under him. And if Jason’s new organisation doesn’t have one of those, what are they even doing?
If I learned one thing from Batman Beyond it is that the ironic cursed fate for people with phase based powers is to phase into the center of the Earth. So figure out some way to trick him into doing that.
“El Chumpo. Wait, is that proper Spanish? Eh, it’s funnier if it isn’t.”
It’s not, AFAIK. “La Chumpa” is a short jacket in some Spanish-speaking countries.
I’m not sure Jason gets to smug when HA2 just proved that bullets were useless against him.
Just once I’d like to meet a Head Alien that wasn’t immune to bullets.
I’m pretty sure the Dexter toy that Walky throws at Amber in DOA Book 8 could be damaged by a gun.
C’mon Jason.

But then he’ll just make himself ghosty and escape again. How do you capture or kill a villain who can do that?
