It’s a little confusing.
on June 16, 2018 at 12:01 amI think early Robin was just Emily from Questionable Content. I mean, well, honestly the reverse, because of passage of time, but that implies a causality. I’m preeeeeeeetty sure Jeph has never read It’s Walky!.
I must have missed when Emily swallowed Elliot’s arm whole?
I mean, if you told me she had, I would believe you.
Though, I’d wonder if she was building an amorphous morph cube and wanted to make sure she got the texture right, and used her tongue since it has so many nerve endings.
Wal-Key. Waaal Keeey.
you cannot be sure of that
Jeph!
Could butts get Jeph disease?
This is still one of my favorite Robin moments.
Yeah, or Jeph would be fucking WinXP rn?
What would Microsoft Sam say about that?
Jeph Jacques has never read It’s Walky?
I remembered the old XP days. It’s a distant memory now.
Believe it or not, Windows 98 is making something of a comeback in the retrocomputing world. XP can’t be too far behind. A lot of late 90s to mid 2000s games apparently don’t run right on today’s PCs, and there isn’t an emulator like DOSbox for them yet, so people are dusting off old Pentium IIIs and Voodoo cards again.
Sure there’s an emulator for that. Go download some modern Linux distro and run them using Wine. Gotta get used to a new OS, but it’s mostly a soft landing kind of thing if you use some Ubuntu derivative.
To be fair Jeph also made Windows — sorry, Winslow — a character
That’s… like, the opposite of what Winslow’s deal was.
It is a rather Emily thing to do, isn’t it? Correctly diagnose a problem and suggest the right solution without actually knowing what it is you’re fixing.
Robin here, I think, neither correctly diagnosed the problem nor suggested the right solution.
Actually he most likely has read it! Check out today’s QC!
