Yeah, I don’t get why the Cheese is so obsessed with balance. Seems to me like things were much better when SEMME had the upper hand and the Aliens were weak and ineffective without Head Alien around.
Marvin the Martian would get angry. Loud and demonstrative. And hardly anyone felt threatened.
The Cheese? He is more the type who has to say he’s angry because he doesn’t get all hyperventilating and screamy about it.
And that’s more scary to me.
Wait so he didn’t just destroy the martian embassy on Earth, but other colonies as well? Why for? Did he think that humans will develop space travel, attack the martian colonies and steal their technology?
He actually destroyed a bunch of colonies with living Martians in them, who had created a pacifist utopian society in the moons of Jupiter. The survivors have now cast off their gentle ways, and are forging weapons of war.
I have experienced what just happened to Sal in this comic, and the reminder was “not pleasant”. I lost a substantial chunk of my left leg when it happened to me. On the other hand the truck was in even worse shape. I’m 2/0/1 in hand-to-vehicle deathmatches against pickup trucks that have hit me, totalled 3 out, but that last one put me in the hospital for 13 days. Still better than what happened to the truck, it was crushed and recycled.
I think this series has only been brutal enough to get a reaction out of me twice. When Sal’s leg broke in this comic & when Joe’s belly got ripped open in the previous. Geez, this guy’s brutal!
Cheesy throwin’ THEM around like toys, tho
hypocrite
Would you say he’s cheesed off?
Gradient wasn’t on a background layer, huh?
So, why is it so important the Aliens and SEMME be kept in balance again?

They get pants. He doesn’t. The Cheese misses pants. He hates SEMME because he thinks they stole his pants.
It’s because he’s gone insane over several millennia.
You can’t just have characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!
His is a special kind of angry.

You are assuming that the Martians only had one colony on Earth.

… angry psycho ex-girlfriend with a liking for trucks?
Drunk with a H8-on for cyclists on the third truck, random dudes running red lights while I was in the crosswalk for the first two.
*hands you a rabbit’s foot* sounds like you need all the luck you can get, m8 ^.__.^;; Stay safe, plz
Judging by the coloration inside those letters with loops, the Cheese is pissed.
Ouch. That’s got to be painful.

Oh, god, as someone who had something like that happen to MY leg, that makes me cringe every time I see it. Poor Sal.
oh my gosh I think this is the first time I actually noticed what happened to Sal’s leg. OUCH
Flashbacks to breaking my own leg and the sound of Joe Theismann’s leg going.
I’ve never broken my leg, but this page does make me wince every time!
Whoa, you should take it Easy Cheese!
*canned laughter*
