Ack! I lost my grip!

Location: Island in the Bermuda Triangle #3
You don’t see stuff like this in Melonpool that often, either! I’m pretty sure I upped poor Steve’s action scene quotient.
(don’t look over at dumbing of age right now)
Was Mutts another webcomic?
It’s a newspaper comic strip.
It’s sort of a running theme. Troop was at first intending to submit it to a syndicate, then it became more of him sticking with the newspaper format just in case maybe it happened, and eventually it just became a recurring Melonpool joke to mock newspaper strips and syndication.
That seems to happen quite a bit, doesn’t it?
Well. At least one other time. I remember Sinfest used to have a counter for the number of times it was rejected for syndication. (Given the disparity between the content of Sinfest and literally every other syndicated strip, to say nothing of the disparity between the content of Sinfest and most other corporatized forms of entertainment, I can’t imagine what sort of reaction Ishida was expecting. Of course, it figures that now that Sinfest has stripped itself of its prejudices and the urge to be offensive for the sake of it, it’s now doing Sunday strips far too large and pretty to fit in a paper. C’est la vie. There’s more benefit to the Internet these days anyhow.)
What really blew my mind was when I found out Bill Amend (of FoxTrot) is not nearly as famous as Mike and Jerry of (Penny Arcade). Also that he’s done guest strips there.
You were saying, 2015!me?
I always read DoA first of all my webcomics.
And this last.
I like them both.
Good think it’s the top half of Jaela that Sal caught, because her foot couldn’t have caught him.
Her legs were too much preoccupied “jogging” the “engine”.
1) When are we going to see a Kickstarter campaign for an It’s Walky TPB?
2) I love the way that Melonpool’s artist draws Sal.
1. Didn’t you ask this yesterday AND get a response? =|
2. Steve Troop is awesome!
I remember when we were plotting out this ending that I really wanted to have Jalea turn into Bishop from Aliens and have her top half save the day — which is how this strip came about.
That’s fantastic. I literally just rewatched Aliens.
Tells us not to go to a website.
