Apparently there was another week skipped between the Sunday strip here and the following daily. Man, keep a schedule, dude! (I was probably visiting friends in the Upper Peninsula.)
As you can see, the new version threw a bunch of extra stuff here — Walky’s dilemma, Joyce’s actually-documented trip to the White House, and a sense of a larger scale battle (hopefully). Things go from A to B to C really succinctly here, without much room to breathe.
