Zzz POW!
on January 4, 2016 at 12:01 amChapter: And It Will Go Well With Thee
Location: Fateful highway
Rule #1 for writing the Head Alien: The Head Alien is always 100% amused by himself.
While this is proooooobably not the same highway that Ruth died on, I’m sharing the “Fateful Highway” tag for this location anyway. No sense having “Another Fateful Highway” location tag.
Head Alien makes every scene better. He is such a butthole.
I think he goes a bit beyond buttonhole
Damn you spell correct!
I think that should be HA’s character profile, in its entirely. “He is SUCH a butthole.”
Honestly, this comic should be called “Head Alien Makes Messes of People’s Lives”. It’s what I’m here for at any rate.
Starring Head Alien as the main character. A comic all about himself would be comedy gold.
Isn’t that what “Dexter & Monkey Master” is?
And no one is THAT bad at aiming, he’s clearly leading them with laser while he pun their ears off, haha
hmm she ended up not putting the jacket on.
You should’ve called it “Fateful Parkway”.
Fateful country road?
For a second I thought HA was breaking the fourth wall, but then I realized there was no L.
Oh so he’s aware that his jokes are bad.
Plot twist: Years later, a semi truck going down Fateful Highway at night hits one of the pot holes from HA’s lasers, swerves into oncoming traffic, and smashes right into Ruth.
Just another day in the life for Sal!
So, why are the aliens even chasing her anyway? Did she not get the regular abductions everyone else got over the years? We know Walky did and he’s apparently more dangerous than her, so what’s her appeal?
It hasn’t been explained yet why Head Alien is so interested in the Walkertons out of all the other abductees, but this i likely the first time he’s found Sal since she went into hiding. She needs her check-up!
I know why they’re special but he’s got easy access to Walky.
Come to think of it, why were the abductees ever returned home in the first place? Did HA ever give a reason for only periodically abducting them?
Since we know that frequent mindwipes cause brain damage (and lose effectiveness), Head Alien probably decided that it was a bad idea for him to keep hundreds of superpowered captives aboard his only spacecraft 24/7/365.
Probably because raising kids is work, and he’d rather let someone else do the bulk of the work until they’re ready to conquer.
He has minions.
HA knows his minions. He wouldn’t trust them with a garden, let alone with raising his potential army.
The Fateful Highway goes where the drama needs it.
Lasers make everything more intense.
Don’t tell me; You use this highway for all of your action-y sequences, like that one car chase with the angry gun-wielding did that… that… was from a different comic.
Zzz POW is the name of my ZZ Top cover band.
