What next?

Bottom: Now here is one of my biggest regrets. Like, my original plan was for Penny to just show up here wearing Dargon’s eyepatch for no reason. Just wearing it. Not because she needed it, but because she assassinated his ass and took it. Because that’s just the kind of bonkers she is. But I just dang forgot. And because my buffer wasn’t at the legendary status it was today, I didn’t get to fix it before these went live, and later had her put it on halfway through this ending storyline. It was not nearly as cool. I am very upset with myself.
THE VIPER!!
He vill start on da vest corner.
Will she charge $5.75 and stop on the west corner?
Wait a minute, doesn’t she need the jetpack to fly? Does she still have it? Does it have fuel limitations? What if it breaks? What if her employers have a no-jetpacks rule?? I’m not sure Joyce has thought this through.
As far as paying for the room, I wonder how much that cost, assuming that includes all the repair costs to the furnishings / floor / ceiling / support struts / etc.
I always assumed the jetpack exists in a hammerspace pocket on the back of her vest.
I think that, if Joyce can fly fast, then she’s pretty much all set up for a courier job.
I was thinking pizza delivery. When I was a delivery driver, I used to fantasize about having superspeed, flight or teleportation. I especially used to fantasize about the tips I’d get for such speedy delivery.
This ain’t Spider-Man 2.
I assume that by “other means of coercion” she refers to pointing guns at them and ask them if they want to join the JFO or die.
Penny looks crazy enough in this strip without the eyepatch.
“We putting SEMME behind us to live a normal life. We will use SEMME equipment to get by.”
It’s the super-soldier equivalent of stealing pens on your way out.
The eyepatch thing would have been cool. I don’t remember enough about what’s to come for Penny to know if it’s possible story-wise (and I don’t know enough about how all these images have been archived to know if it’s possible drawing-wise), but if you ever can and want to go back and add it in so that future readers get the intended, director’s cut version of Penny And The Eyepatch, I say you should go ahead and do it.
So it is the Britjas attacking SEMME. I was thinking it wasn’t, as a full-scale assault with artillery and air support is a fairly big departure from what we’ve previously seen of their assets, which appeared to be a handful of thugs with guns. How the hell did they manage to keep all that a secret?
