Your grubby mits

Location: Joyce and Walky's apartment
Dumbing of Age poses the question: what if all my Walkyverse characters weren’t always at each other’s throats about dudes and were just friends
DoA: despite the acronym, only SOMETIMES people die! and nobody important! (we hope)
welp
I wouldn’t really call Walky your friend, Dotty. You had two conversations as a teenager and a catch-up.
this really was the time to be more DoA-Dotty and calmly back off, but Drama Tag™ and all I guess
Eh, they’ve hung out several times since she came to Denver and he sent her off to meet Billie, that’s adult friends.
“Portia reads the papers”
Not exactly helping your case there, Joyce.
“I’m not insane, and I’ll kill anyone who says I am!”
Does shooting your clone count as suicide?
By the rules established in the Walkyverse (or by how cloning works IRL, for that matter)? No more than shooting your identical twin does.
Just because you’re a genetic clone of someone else, that does not mean you’re not your own person.
Walky in the last panel looks like he’s going “gulp!”
Shouldn’t there be a speech balloon?
Can’t believe the fic author finally adds Dorothy to their DoA alien-fighter AU and her and Joyce are enemies. And what’s with half the cast working at a toy store? And when are Malaya and Jacob gonna show up? And why is Carla literally a car???
I’m sorry, I don’t get why she’s a mental case for shooting her clone. Dorothy is the one being a dick for insulting someone she’s never formally met based on the news. Joyce being overprotective of Walky not withstanding, but he does apparently have an aura that just pulls girls to him so Joyce is kinda not wrong with being all “Mine!”.
Ya know, Joyce, helping you marry Walky is a pretty good way to show that Dorothy isn’t after Walky for herself.
So the Clone thing has been clarified, good.
