And here’s the first appearance of Ultra Car’s mechanical extendo-arms.  Here they’re implemented for a more practical purpose, rather than their original raison-d’etre: throwing pies.

OH WAIT, I LIE.  I went looking for a visual aid, and apparently they were first used to get Ultra Car out of a volcano hole.

Pies came later.
