I don’t know at what point this comic would have started reading to me as “vaguely uncomfortable” instead of “romantic,” but it wasn’t darn early enough.

Sometimes it causes physical pain to hop directly out of drawing Dumbing of Age to looking at these old strips I have to scan.

“okay you’re right but i’ve already emotionally invested in wanting to kick your ass” Anyway, I like this punchline. It’s clever. Unusually, for me, at this age.
