which is funny, ’cause I just listened to a self-depreciating story about punching a dude and getting a swollen hand from a plaque infection from said dude’s face
anyway it must be something about “haha you can’t make fun of me or put me down if I do it first!”
All movies are like this, and it bugs the hell out of me! Take the last James Bond movie, for example: Bond has no problem killing henchmen by the dozens throughout the entire movie, and then when he finally has the Big Bad, he refuses to kill him, because… it would be bad? Even though he KNOWS the BigBad has half the government in his back pocket and is sure to escape and get away clean in less time than it took me to type this! Stupid.
So even after all this time she still thinks it’s her fault her parents died, and not because HA is a murderous asshole who likes to traumatise people?
she has so many redemption/de-redemption realizations. this girl is what happens when over-dramatic meets justifiable drama
Walky’s hand sure looks swollen in panel 2

funny story, if you punch someone in the face they don’t let you be a cheerleader.
billie sucks at funny stories
Walky’s hair in panel 3 looks like it’s trying to fly him out of the comic.
Really? It just looks like swim trunks to me.
Now I can’t unsee that. Thanks.
You couldn’t see it before???
Right. So the reason no-one kills HA is because it would be bad for their souls, and who cares about what happens to the world?
Sounds about right. I’ve got to say, Willis, watching your religious progression through all of this is kind of fascinating, in a morbid sort of way.

I thought the key point in this one was “and myself with him”.
Yeah, I think the suicide bit is actually the part that she’s referring to. Considering killing him would be self-defense at that point.
As a… shall we say, “lapsed Catholic”myself may I say this might be the best and most accurate non-biographical comic description so far?
So even after all this time she still thinks it’s her fault her parents died, and not because HA is a murderous asshole who likes to traumatise people?
I think she should have just killed him when she had the chance.
EVERYONE should have killed him when they had the chance.
Seriously. Even Monkey Master. Actually, especially Monkey Master.
That punch in the 1st panel makes me think of How to Draw Comics the Mavel Way. It’s very dynamic.
