I honestly don’t get Joyce’s less than gruntled expression in panel 2. Normally she’s all for Walky being horny for her.
Yeah, I also don’t understand why Joyce looks annoyed. Seems like it’s a good thing that Walky is still attracted to her.
I think she’s just annoyed by what a dumb-sounding compliment that was.
Gruntled means angry. Dis is an intensifier in disgruntled.
Checking the usual online dictionaries, they say you’re right, but that the opposite meaning has been Accepted Humorous Usage since the 20s or 30s.
