Back when cartoons were all like as weird as Adventure Time.
Back when? I think you mean now. The past had its fair share of weird shows, like Ren & Stimpy and Cow & Chicken, but it also had a bunch that were considerably more ‘normal’: Hey Arnold!, Wild Thornberrys, Dexter’s Lab, for example.
These days with all the Spongebob and Flapjacks and the such it’s a vertiable random smorgasbord.
Dexter was pretty dang weird at times (and I could list about a dozen other Cartoon Cartoons that were at least as weird as Cow and Chicken), and Spongebob is about 15 years old.
Oh, come on it still has it’s moments. I really think people give The Simpsons too hard a time.
actually i’ve gotten back into the simpsons and its great. I love how self aware it is and how it doesnt hesitate to criticize people!.
It’s not really the end until Dumbiverse-Walky discovers it!
