I’ve heard it said that some people view procrastinators as people who will put off an eight hour project to the last half hour before class. The procrastinators view themselves as people who can do an eight hour assignment in the half hour before class.
In my defense, there was that magic school bus cartoon! The time-travelling religious kids cartoon! I could just imagine Sir Thomas More, adjusting his cap with a winning smile.
I think this one strip gives Joyce more depth of character than the entire original Roomies! run.
Oh god, you’re right.
Procrastination: Because you work better in a last-minute panic anyway.
Procrastination: For when you don’t want to postpone laziness any longer.
Procrastination. For when

Procrastinators represent!
Maybe later.
That’s what i do.
I have no idea who she’s talking about.
I’ve been watching cartoon network since I was at least 6-7 and I have no idea what joyce is talking about.
Perfectly reasonable idea, Joyce. Come on, doesn’t anyone remember the mid-eighties Filmation cartoon?
♫ Saint Thom, Saint Thom!
Renaissance polymath!
Defended the pope,
Earned Henry Eight’s wrath! ♫
‘Cept Cartoon Network didn’t air much Filmation stuff.
Curses! Foiled by someone actually familiar with the channel. 😀
At least it’s gotten over ‘CN Real’. Somewhat.
Remember it? I own every single DVD boxset!
I’m a man with all seasons.
I hereby award you this Internet.
I googled that and then felt foolish.

I’ve always loved the drawing of Joyce in the third panel. I think it’s the way she’s hanging her head off the bed and watching TV upside down.
Just like Batman.
That pose in the third panel is visually-pleasing but impractical.
You’ve never done that?
The funny thing about this is that I spend many an afternoon doing exactly this. Only without boobs.
The funnier thing is that it works.
Holy mother of god, this redux section is 50+ strips long?
Man, getting back to the old art style is going to be jarring as hell.
