But what if her love is so strong that the mere mention of his name brings her memories flooding back and she immediately leaves Walky to rush back to Indiana?
Sure, we know that’s not going to happen, but Walky doesn’t.
…obviously naming her dog Daniel doesn’t count as a mention of Danny’s name.
I take the second panel to mean that he will tell Joyce everything about her past, including her feelings for Danny. And after he does, then he will find Danny and throw him against a wall.
Yeah Fortinbras shows up like right after Hamlet dies and the curtains close with the announcement that surprise! This is your problem now whether you wanted it or not. And then Fortinbras, presumably, goes “Well fuck.”
i would say it must be interesting to have a main character that hates a the main character of another story, in a writing point of view, but it seems that hating danny is the rule not the exception(I really like DoA Danny)
((Though honestly, I think they make better pseudo-siblings than they do a couple. Their snarky chemistry in DoA is way better than their awkward Walkyverse romance.))
What part about mind wiped does Walky not understand?
the part with the words

Assuming you’re referring to Panel 2; he probably wants to eventually restore Joyce’s memory, not just tell her facts.
Damnit, I was talking to Someone.
SUUURE you were
Better conversationalist than Myself.
Do it, Walky! Dooooo iiiiiiiit!
What, tell Joyce or rip Danny’s head off? Because in this continuity I am fine with either
Actually, don’t. He might kill Danny.
Yeah, ripping off someone’s head generally has that effect. Where’s the problem?
Billie would be pissed.
Billie’s always pissed it’s like her default setting
Also *Spoilers.*
What we need here is a tag for “Danny Ruins Everything” moments.
But I’d settle for a jpeg.

Perfect Walky, final panel.
Walky if you want to get with a girl, murdering her old crush might not be the best way to do it.
It worked in Hamlet.
Didn’t everyone die in Hamlet?
No! Horatio lives!
Didn’t it also work out pretty well for that invading army?
Yeah Fortinbras shows up like right after Hamlet dies and the curtains close with the announcement that surprise! This is your problem now whether you wanted it or not. And then Fortinbras, presumably, goes “Well fuck.”
To be, or not to be… that is the ADVENTURE!
I love how his thought balloon is raining in the last panel.

So basically, Joyce and Walky both react to romantic-rivals-in-the-past in very much the same way: with murderous impulses.
They’re made for each other.
(Literally!)
((Though honestly, I think they make better pseudo-siblings than they do a couple. Their snarky chemistry in DoA is way better than their awkward Walkyverse romance.))
Screw you, Danny!!
Oh hey, now I see the family resemblance between Walky and Sal. 😀
I mean, it’s really Billie’s fault. She didn’t even try to stop him.
