Sometimes when you’re breezing through some sort of bullshit sci-fi comic, you don’t have time to stop and think about stuff like…. does so-and-so cook?  Are they good at it?  Well, apparently the Walkyverse answer is that no, Joyce does not really cook, and she’s probably not great at it.

I imagine that holds extra true in the Dumbiverse.  Like, Joyce can’t even keep a taco assembled.  She probably thinks oregano is a narcotic.  She’s at most good at making a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese and maybe a cheese quesadilla.
