HALT!!
on September 28, 2017 at 12:01 amOne of the things I pretty much take for granted these days is the ease with which you can resize elements at any stage while working entirely digitally. Draw a head too big? No problem. You don’t gotta get out the correctional fluid and redraw it from scratch, or, more likely, consider it acceptable losses and willfully ignore the unintentional size disparity.
don’t look at panel four too closely
Sal is suddenly just… much closer to the camera than Jason.
Sal is just larger than life, that’s all.
She’s actual size
but she seems much bigger to me
We’re investigating two alien sightings
Yer problem is
Walkerton can’t lead

Stuffed him into his locker

Also,
I thought it to be a clear metaphor to show that upon release Sal was letting her ego take over. Getting a big head.
Honestly? Never noticed before.
I think Jason has a point, it’s probably safer for them to go over a wall than through it.
Sal. Don’t put no-powers Jason through a wall. Sal.
I was reminded of this line.

“Sal, for a moment, can we pretend that I’m not a genetically-augmented killing machine who is far harder to injure and heals much faster than any baseline? Because I really am not and I don’t like spending the next six months of my life learning to walk, move my arms, breathe unaided and chew food again.”
Maybe it’s just shrinkage.
Obviously she’s growing larger to protect him from the wall.
