“Yes, also by coincidence
So random, just by chance
Who’da thunk it, so remarkable and weird, right
It’s so cray that this guy, Josh
Just happens to be…
HERE!”
Considering her entire history with Sal I think Billie might be the single worst outside-the-relationship person in the entire Walkyverse to try to gain sympathy for a “steal my ex back from their current lover” plot from.
Guess this shows how naive I am, I would have passed this off as she came there scouting out some kind of Job offer…but then again if that was the case I think she would have said that outright even if it was a cover.
I’m not sure what I was expecting Dorothy to be like here given how mature and intelligent her DoA character generally is, but… I’m pretty sure it wasn’t this.
Dorothy told Walky she runs a bookstore the previous time they met. So did the bookstore fail after she told him that, or had it already failed before then? How long has she been living in a hotel in Denver?
Whomp whomp.

Can’t unsee/hear it.
Sorry, not sorry.
I am here for all Crazy Ex-Girlfriend references!!
Literally the first thing that went through my head was the first-season theme song.
That situation is a lot more nuanced than this one.
So is the implication that Dorothy is trying to take a swing at Walky and Billie’s getting that sense? And doesn’t want to be a part of it?
Billie is the prime example of “I ain’t having that shit.”
Well, much better than “I don’t want an unemployed homeless person in my house.”

She’s stalking…
The MARRIED man…
Yeah ok

Not married yet.
I don’t think they’re even engaged yet, unless I forgot something.
But still, clearly already taken.
They’re engaged, Joyce has brought it up as one of the reasons she’s okay having sex.

Or did she just lie about that?
I forgot how much I disliked Walkyverse Dorothy.
Yeah wow I’m basically not seeing anything of the Dorothy we know and love in this one.
