Joyce finally develops a normal reaction to The Sound of Music.
I’m surprised her first reaction wasn’t to scream ‘PREMARITAL HANKY PANKY!’
So I get Joyce, but how does Walky not have the perfectly natural urge to vomit blood at singing this shit?
Too focussed on Joyce.
Given the author text, I would expect “because Walky”
This is Walkyverse Walky. Who was specifically tailored to be the ideal Joyce husband. They’re both turbonerds.
I’m your Turbo Nerd No I swear I’m not a bird~ o/`
She finally realised there were some strange men in the room. Walking being the strangest.
At least.
Am I the only one who doesn’t wander around with an irrational hatred of Sound of Music? Dislike it all you like, but I’d sit through SoM a hundred times before I’d watch Mamma Mia or Wicked.
I like sound of music…
I like the Sound of Music and Mamma Mia – am I broken?
I’ve never actually seen Sound of Music before. I have no idea if it is as bad as everyone here says it is.
I think: 1. it’s Earworm: The Movie and/or 2. everyone who hates it was forced to listen to it at school at least once
so
I was forced to listen to it by my little sister every day for months on end! The only thing that stopped it was going to college.
I only recently saw the Carrie Underwood version and despite Carrie not being able to ct her way out of a paper bag I quite enjoyed it.
It’s not something I want to watch repeatedly like Willis’ sister but still.
Then again I love cheesy stuff just look at my username.
I love The Sound of Music, Mamma Mia!, and Wicked. But I’m a big old geek, so…
Wicked had a few good songs, like Sound of Music okay… didn’t see Mamma Mia!, because I was tired and sick when I had an opportunity.
I love tSoM and Wicked both…
The hiiiiiiiillllsss are allliiivvveeee and it’s reallllyyy frighteninnngggggggg
Galileo! Galileo! Galileo let me go!
Next scene — Joyce: “Reverend Mother, I have sinned”. And she’s not talking about removing an ignition coil from a car.
Say what you will about the Sound of Music, but i ink this is the most adorable strip in the Walkyverse thus far.
Fact.
And then she remembered the porn.
“La! A note that follows So” really is the laziest line in Sound of Music. Not even trying there.

Will there be a newer poll than the Bart O'Ryan one?
