Augh! The trash!
on December 24, 2019 at 1:01 amChapter: What If...? Walky Went To College
Characters: Joyce Brown, Sal Walters
Location: Joyce and Walky's apartment
I spent a lot of Joyce and Walky! trying to figure out what kind of domestic inner life Sal had, after years of her just being a vengeful superhero. The answer is: sloppy. She’s Walky’s brother, after all!
For some reason this makes sense to me for Walkyverse Sal, while I feel Dumbiverse Sal would probably skew tidier.
I do that
especially now that it’s cold out and like heck I’m hosing out the outside trash can
Same here.
What? We’re planning for a wedding, we can’t afford such frivolities as extra trash bags!
Here we have a pay-as-you-throw system, where the truck will only pick up trash in specially marked bags the town sells. What Sal’s doing here is just making that 75 cent bag count.
Don’t pay to throw out air! If the trash doesn’t hold the shape of the bin when you remove the bag, you’re doing it wrong.
☝ this one. This one gets it.
When people with super-strength are compacting their trash by hand, I worry for the sanitation department
“while I feel Dumbiverse Sal would probably skew tidier.”
Catholic boarding school training must be hard to un-learn.
I mean that and it helps to keep all your contrabamd out of sight.
‘She’s Walky’s brother, after all!’
… Are we about to learn something significant about Sal?
She really took all of Beef’s roles in this family.
Or one day.
As a neat freak, I wouldn’t want to live in the same apartment as this universe’s Sal or Walky.
This reminds me of my days in college. 😂
This reminds me of yesterday.
Dumbiverse Sal probably skews tidier because of the boarding school. I understand they have near-military definitions of what a made bed looks like.
