Yyyyeah, tossing a near-dead Big Boss back through a wall probably wasn’t going to help things, was it.

I mean this sincerely, and I say that because this might come off as sarcasm, but what this story really needed was some of Joyce’s morality-fueled rage.  Everyone else is beaten through and through with what’s gone on, and Joyce is fresh to this — which is important, I think, at this late in a storyline, to keep us engaged and not dulled from pummelled and frayed nerves — but there is a distinct lack of passion without her around.  Even though I had originally planned to leave her out of the end of this storyline to show why she’s valuable, I think I manage the same thing here, regardless.
